Good evening folks!!Its Monday again. Hope you have started the week well. Today I am here with another Mughlai dish which is very popular across the country. It is chicken Malai Kebab.

Chicken Malai kebab is an appetizer and is a Mughlai cuisine. This is prepared using bone less chicken pieces. The chicken is first marinated in the ginger garlic paste, vinegar etc for 6-7 hours. Then this is mixed with cheese or cream and again refrigerated for 2-3 hours. This is then skewed and cooked in Tandoor oven. After that brushed with cheese or butter, garnished and served.

This is usually served along with the mint chutney. This variety of appetizer is usually very less spicy. This will usually be cheesy and white in colour and will be very soft.
