These people get paid to showcase their lifestyles and influence the viewers into various fields like technology, beauty, fashion and blogging. Commoners like us will certainly want our lives to be as lavish as theirs. And thus, begins the journey of DIY’s and small scale YouTube channels of the commoners. Often that we forget that the mask these influencers wear on the camera is completely different from their normal life. Internally they are much like you and me, living a common life, hitting the gym and buying groceries. Hard to believe, isn’t it? We sometimes, out of extreme involvement in social media, forget that there exists a thin line between showcasing a lifestyle and living a lifestyle.

People here get their bread and butter via these means, to put on a mask and spending whole lot of days by being something they are completely not. This is done out of professionalism strictly. We, unable to see this filter, believe that it’s easy to take over their living. They face a lot of negative and harsh comments at life and go a great trauma due to it. Their life is constantly under the camera lenses, and privacy is totally zero. Want a life like this? I bet not. Just keep scrolling and smiling!
