Just like everything else, Spirulina has its advantages and disadvantages. So, you should get to know everything about the product before deciding to put it in your body. Seek medical advice for alternatives if that does not work for you and exercize daily to release those toxic metals.

  1. Spirulina is also good for environment because it will not take up much space and is easy to grow as compared to a grazing field which requires high maintenance and huge land.
